Songs from the Inner Sea is a visual meditation on the feminine as origin, vessel, and myth in motion. Drawing from sacred archetypes — Aphrodite’ s birth from seafoam, Calypso's eternal waiting, Penelope’ s silent weaving, and the mythic echoes in James Joyce’ s Molly Bloom — this series reimagines the goddess not as a muse to be gazed upon, but as the very architect of myth itself. She is illuminated in gold, cloaked in shadow, and caught between memory and invocation — always becoming, never fixed.
