The Place: Waldorf Astoria hosts the first Californian adventure of the famous chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Located a stone&#39;s throw from Rodeo Drive, this imposing white building designed by Pierre-Yves Rochon dominating the Golden Triangle has quickly become one of the most popular places in LaLa Land. 
 
Who are we meeting with? Kim Kardashian did her makeup line presentation in collaboration with Mario Dedivanovic there. 
 
What to eat? Caviar in all its states, as succulent on a boiled egg with a hint of Vodka cream on a soft toast with herbs. But also 5-star raw food sprinkled with one of the best sake in the world, with Ahi Tuna Tartare with Avocado Crushed and Radish, Wild Yellow Location sashimi and breathtaking sea urchins from Santa Barbara.

An intimate hustle and bustle of Golden State gourmands, Maude is one of Austalian Chef Curtis Stone&#39;s recent culinary endeavors, star of the stoves regularly featured in Ellen&#39;s shows at Generations or Oprah Winfrey. With only 25 seats (and a list of bookings long as the arm), this temple of haute cuisine combines the best of both worlds, skillfully mixing the flavors of Europe and across the Atlantic. 
 
The concept? Preferring seasonal cuisine, this unparalleled venue with chic industrial decor changes its menu every quarter, sailing between Burgundy, Iberian Rioja and the Californian coast. 
 
We like: the cozy atmosphere and ultra refined cuisine of this place that brakes all the clich&eacute;s of French restaurants in America. We enjoyed fondant snails with herbal butter, lobster bisque, a surprising Ham Turbot and a foie gras roasted with exquisite Morels.

The Place: Nestled in the heart of Beverly Wilshire (the anthology of the Hollywood legend where the blockbuster &quot;Pretty Woman&quot; was shot), this luxurious steakhouse by starry maestro Wolfgang Puck has earned a special place among the Californian headquarters. Meat lovers. From the wooded tables of this immaculate place to the minimalist elegance designed by the Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Meir. 
 
Who are we meeting? The finest of the seventh art and show business on pilgrimage to this legendary hotel where Steve Mc Queen, John Lennon and Elvis Presley once resided. We meet Jennifer Lawrence, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jay Z or Rihanna, not to mention Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake, who dine here regularly.
