Cucumber with honey is ideal for sensitive and / or dehydrated skin, and the kiwi with honey for combination or oily skin.

&nbsp;

Ingredients:

<ul>
	<li style="text-align:justify">5 ml of almond oil</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">10 ml of natural yogurt</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">5 ml tomato puree</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">15 ml of honey</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">3 tablespoon ground oats</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">10 cucumber slices or 15 kiwi slices, pureed</li>
</ul>

To finish, you can use the cream of your choice.

Also:

	<li style="text-align:justify">3 cotton pads</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">1 bowl for water</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">2 face towels</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">1 hand towel</li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">1 mirror</li>
</ul>

Process

1. Eye and lip makeup remover

Moisten a cotton pad with almond oil and place it over the eyes in circular movements until the make-up is removed.

&nbsp;

2. Face cleaning

Moisten your fingertips with natural yogurt and make circular movements starting from chin to forehead, then remove with a damp facial towel.

&nbsp;

3. Tonic

Apply the tomato puree to the fingertips and dab lightly on the skin, starting with the chin and ending with the forehead. This ingredient should not be removed or rinsed off.

&nbsp;

4. Exfoliating

Mix 1 tablespoon of oatmeal with 5 ml of honey until it is a paste. Spread the product on the face with circular movements, focusing on the T-zone of the face. Remove with a damp facial towel.

&nbsp;

5. Serum

Take &frac12; tablespoon of honey and place it on your fingertips. Perform a facial massage to take advantage of its nourishing and regenerating properties, ideal for expression lines. Once the massage is finished, it is left on the face.

&nbsp;

6. Mask

Leave the cucumber or kiwi puree with honey on the face for 5 to 10 minutes, then remove and clean the face with a damp facial towel. Take advantage of this step to exfoliate your hands with honey and oatmeal, which helps remove dead cells and provides hydration.

&nbsp;

In case you are looking for a tightening effect, replace the kiwi or cucumber with banana, mix it with honey and let it rest for the same time on the skin. In the case of the eyes, use coffee with olive oil to eliminate dark circles.

&nbsp;

7. Moisturizer

Finish with your favourite day or night cream to seal in the hydration of the face and enhance the benefits of the ingredients applied to the skin.

&nbsp;

Tip

Perform the facial once a week and in each one you can substitute products such as almond oil for fractionated coconut oil, the oat scrub for sesame seeds with honey scrub, among others.
