A small, fragile petite girl &ndash; Tiana Marcano &ndash; boldly and persistently conquered the world of fashion with her courage and determination. She is constantly developing her talent, successfully combining her hobbies and professional tasks.

How she managed to make a revolution in the fashion industry, where she gets the energy and resources to cope with everything, and how to learn to overcome life's troubles, Tiana told our magazine in her exclusive interview.

Tiana, you are not only a demand model, but also a stylist and actress. How do you manage to combine these complex creative directions?
I manage to combine these complex creative directions through time management and allowing what I acquired from each individual career to play into each other. While I was training at The Acting Studio Of New York which I still am training through them I have acquired the skill to be able to channel certain emotions, essence, and energy that is required for a certain role. Being able to channel emotion and certain energies from acting got funneled into modeling. I noticed that my training in acting made me become a better model. I had to learn how to manage my time appropriately to be able to do everything all at once while dedicating time to focus on each one. I combined all these creative directions together in a way where it began to build upon each other.

You became a successful model at 5&rsquo;3 with a standard height at 5&rsquo;6 and up. How did you manage to break stereotypes?
I'm going to be honest it took a while and a lot of persistence to break the stereotypes of the modeling industry. In 2018 I dedicated a whole year to building my portfolio so it exuded my essence so clients would know who I am. There were a lot of difficulties that arose when they met me in person since they would come to the realization that I was 5&rsquo;3. I noticed that it took only one person to see my potential and believe in my ability in order to shift the dynamic. Another way in which I broke the Stereotypes of the modeling industry was through shifting my perspective on myself. I needed to shift my mindset and frequency to match that of an elite model with unwavering confidence in my beauty, experience and natural ability. The secret really is self-acceptance and self-confidence and an unwavering will to realize my dreams. I noticed the shift where I began to get published in publications such as Harper's Bazaar Vietnam, Harper's Bazaar Spain, Elle Italia, Marie Claire Italia, The Impression, Vogue Italia, and so on. Then brands began to reach out for me &ndash; wanting me to wear their garments for events or to be a part of a project with them. So, shifting my inner reality to then be reflected within my outer reality, networking, and constantly being present and showing up everywhere allowed me to break the stereotypes of the industry ultimately.

You have a strong inner core in an outwardly graceful and fragile appearance. Is perseverance and determination innate or acquired traits?
Rather a focused and unwavering, committed determination that has been present within me but wasn&rsquo;t always 100 percent there all the time.
It had to be tested and reaffirmed every step of the way to become unshakable. I was always determined to go after what I wanted and I believed if you put in the necessary work into what you want it's within your path you will obtain it.

Could you share with our readers how to learn to conquer life&rsquo;s problems?
The first thing I would say in regards to how to conquer life&rsquo;s problems is to be truthful to yourself. This is a major one because if you're not truthful to yourself whether that be in regards to your skills, emotions, mental health, or perspective you will not be able to shift your own personal dynamic, situation or problem. This can be applied to anything, ultimately if you're not being truthful with yourself, you will lack the awareness in regards to what you have to do to shift the issue since you're already coming from the mindset of there not being an issue.
