Olga Burtseva is a Ukrainian business woman, strong, confident and courageous. During the interview, Olga inspired us for new victories, spiritual disclosure and self-development. It does take courage to succeed in such a difficult time, to maintain the inner core and self-confidence.

Olga, how would you describe yourself over the past year? What changes have taken place in your personality?
Flexibility, spirituality, sensuality, sincerity have now played with new facets in my personality ... Now I am getting to know myself better, in a totally different way.
What advice do you think would be the most effective in order to turn the energy of fear into productive action?
I believe a person, one way or another, always gets used to and adapts to any situation, but not always he takes the &ldquo;lesson&rdquo; that he must learn from everywhere. No doubts fear is a powerful experience, and when feeling comfortable, a person does not develop spiritual intelligence and does not feel or notice much. In other hand any discomfort and fear give a kind of development and experience, gives rise to a new, unusual and, sometimes, even ingenious.

Women's self-realization, is it possible in modern realities?
It is not only possible, but now, since everyone needs it more than ever, it is much needed. A woman is the energy, inspiration and center of the family universe. It is the best time to show the origins of all your female energy and feminine power ... A woman gives birth, creates, protects, preserves ... And I am talking here not about physical strength, but more of the strength of female love and energy.
A woman is capable of very bold and great actions, but that's only if she retains her feminine source as much as possible. She does not need to become a leader in battles with a man, not an attempt to achieve power and prove that he can rule the world. She can rule everything, but not by using force.

In your opinion, what are the main qualities of a strong woman and how to properly distribute your energy resource?
I want to repeat that the strength of a woman is in her weakness! To allow a man to be a man, to love him and take care of him, to give affection and tenderness, thereby inspiring him and giving him endless strength. Absolutely the entire flow of energy and endless victories and achievements of a man come from a woman.

What qualities should be the main ones in the formation of personality?
First and most important &ndash; the humanity. Then I would say education and wisdom, the ability to accept the "lessons" of life, to develop spiritually and the ability to give back.
