If you met Christian Dior today, what would you say to him? Jenna Ortega: I would be interested to know what inspired him to create the first Rouge Dior lipstick. Although I would probably be a little nervous asking him. How does it feel to be the face of Rouge Dior? Jenna Ortega: I&#39;m so excited. This lipstick is about expressing different sides of yourself, which is obviously a huge part of my life as an actor. Exploring yourself through the myriad of attitudes and images you can express is really the most empowering thing. What impresses you most about the new Rouge Dior? Jenna Ortega: The most surprising thing is how easy it is to apply. It&#39;s slim, glides on smoothly, and is moisturizing at the same time, which is hard to find. It glides on almost like a balm, and is so light that it feels like nothing, like your lips are &quot;breathing.&quot;

How was the experience working with Dior on this new campaign?
Jenna Ortega: The experience was fun because the shoot was very relaxed. I wore a 1920s-style outfit reminiscent of "Cabaret" and especially loved the blazer. The atmosphere on set was very playful. Sometimes in campaigns you have to be elegant, but sometimes it's fun to be comfortable and not too perfectionist because it's important to convey emotion.
How does it feel to work with Peter Philips?
Jenna Ortega: Peter Philips is a living legend. It was an honor to be his &ldquo;canvas&rdquo;. He is incredibly sweet, kind, and has a great sense of humor. I loved working with Peter because I knew I would have a great time. He is a true talent!
What is your favorite lipstick shade from the new Rouge Dior collection?
Jenna Ortega: I'm really into red lipsticks and I love 390 Redwood Star because it's the perfect shade. It has a slight brown undertone to it, which makes it a very unique red. Some people might say that all red lipsticks are the same, but that's not true because sometimes the color or undertone just doesn't suit you. 390 Redwood Star is my perfect shade of red.

Do you have any little beauty tips to share?
Jenna Ortega: Whenever I apply mascara&mdash;and I like the look of voluminous, clump-free lashes&mdash;I wipe the tip of the wand on the mouth of the tube before applying. This makes the application easier and the process much smoother.
How has your relationship with makeup changed?
Jenna Ortega: When I was a kid, I was a tomboy who didn't care for makeup. As I've gotten older, makeup has become less about dressing up and more about enhancing your natural beauty. I love letting my skin "breathe," showing off my freckles and adding just a touch of bold lipstick.
Does makeup make you more confident?
Jenna Ortega: I think a bold statement like Rouge Dior on Stage really impacts how you express yourself. It's about being able to see yourself in a new light and appreciate your beauty in a different way. That's a beautiful gift that makeup can bring.
What role does makeup or beauty play in developing your character?
Jenna Ortega: Makeup not only allows you to see yourself differently, but it can also change the way you look. That's helpful when you want your characters to stand out and have their own personalities. Makeup is about representation, and everyone represents themselves differently, so when you realize that, you start to understand the character more.

What is the most challenging character you have ever played? Jenna Ortega: Wednesday was definitely one of the most challenging characters, simply because she&#39;s so beloved and there was a lot of pressure to get her right. The role in The Fallout was also very intense as I had to play a high school student dealing with PTSD. Do you feel like you&#39;re becoming a new role model for Latin girls? Jenna Ortega: It&#39;s hard for me to call myself a role model, I wouldn&#39;t describe myself that way. However, I think it&#39;s wonderful to be able to contribute characters that, hopefully, help people with that beauty feel seen and less alone. What helped you stay grounded growing up in the spotlight? Jenna Ortega: I have to say I have a great team and friends behind me. My personal life hasn&#39;t really changed at all. I still have the same friends, and thanks to that, it&#39;s quite easy for me to detach myself from the work environment. You have to look at everything with a calm attitude, the joy can&#39;t be too high, the sadness can&#39;t be too low. Would you like to try your hand at directing? Jenna Ortega: I was definitely inspired to try my hand behind the camera, and I discussed it with director Tim Burton.
