<p style="text-align:justify">British football star David Beckham and his wife, Victoria, have just acquired a luxurious property - a 3300 square meter unit in the newly opened 62-story building designed by Zaha Hadid.</p>


<p style="text-align:justify">The couple bought the apartment while planning to spend more time in Florida, as David is one of the owners of Inter Miami Football Clube. The player and his partners are currently in the process of developing a new stadium, Miami Freedom Park, scheduled to open in 2022.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">The building chosen by the famous couple has an excellent location, impressive views and apartments. Dubbed the &quot;Tower of the Scorpion&quot; for its construction, the building rises 200 meters and was the subject of an episode in the documentary series on &quot;Impossible Constructions&quot;.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">The Beckhams will be able to enjoy the five-star amenities of the condominium, such as spas, bars, restaurants, a private beach and a multimedia theater for exclusive film screenings. In addition to the sophistication, the family will also be able to come and go by helicopter, away from paparazzi and onlookers, using the private helipad on the terrace.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">The property was purchased by Beckham Brands Limited, David&#39;s licensing company. The acquisition started in 2019 and formally closed at the end of March 2020, with the delay in closing the contract the value of the property rose by almost 10 million dollars, but even so the couple hit the hammer and acquired the unit.</p>
