Two tea-based cocktail recipes to reduce anxiety

With spring officially back, it's time to bring out our best cocktails to sip in the sun.... and to help us relax.

Lemon & ginger

Ingredients:

1 cup of Special.T Lemon & Ginger
1 piece of ginger, 1 cm by 1 cm
1 teaspoon unrefined cane sugar
½ teaspoon matcha powder
Juice of half a lime
Ice cubes

 

Preparation:

Prepare a 20 cl cup of Special.T Lemon & Ginger and let it cool.
Take a shaker and place the piece of ginger, cane sugar, matcha powder and lime juice in it. Crush everything with a pestle so that the flavors are released. Add the cooled tea and 2 ice cubes.
Shake!
Filter your mocktail in a party glass containing a few ice cubes.
Garnish with a slice of lime.

Anastasia

Ingredients:

1 cup of Kusmi Tea Anastasia
1 orange juice
10 ml lime or bergamot juice
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
Ice cubes

 

Preparation:

Prepare a 15 cl cup of Kusmi Tea Anastasia tea.
Add the vanilla sugar and let cool.
Pour the orange juice and the lime or bergamot juice into the shaker.
Add the cooled tea and 2 ice cubes.
Shake!
Filter your mocktail in a party glass containing a few ice cubes.
Garnish with an orange slice.
