RETINOL YOUTH SERUM 0.1%
Rejuvenating facial serum with 0.1% retinol. Retinol (vitamin A) is considered to be one of the most powerful anti-aging ingredients that also addresses many other skin problems such as acne, keratinized skin particles, uneven skin texture and more. Retinol accelerates skin regeneration and stimulates collagen production. The serum also contains hexapeptide-61 Dimer peptide, which in combination with retinol has exfoliating properties and accelerates collagen synthesis, as well as 5% niacinamide, which evens skin tone and fights age spots, and other moisturizing, anti-aging and soothing ingredients. If you haven't used retinol before, a 0.1% concentration of retinol would be ideal to avoid irritation.
Start by using the serum 2 times a week. After 2 weeks, you can start using the product every other day.
Retinol may cause redness, tingling and flaking as your skin gets used to it. Avoid direct sunlight and use sunscreen. Do not use scrubs or peels during a course of retinol. Moisturize your skin. If redness and itching occur, stop using retinol products until the skin has completely calmed down. If pregnant or nursing, consult your doctor before use.
