Kempinski Riga Unveils Ilze Laizānes ‘AMORE’ & Launches a New Afternoon Tea Ceremony
Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga proudly presents the exclusive unveiling of ‘AMORE’, a mesmerizing art exhibition by the esteemed Latvian artist Ilze Laizāne. This extraordinary event not only showcases Laizānes captivating oil paintings but also features a fashion show inspired by the exhibition and as well as the launch of a new Afternoon Tea Ceremony, creating a multi-sensory experience for attendees.
Ilze Laizāne, a graduate of the Art Academy of Latvia, has established herself as a prominent figure in both Latvian and international art scenes. Her extensive portfolio includes solo exhibitions and participation in art projects across Latvia, Estonia, Italy, Germany, Spain, Austria, and England. ‘AMORE’ features oil paintings that delve into the ineffable, capturing fleeting moments and forms while exploring the powerful interplay of feminine and masculine energies.
Laizānes art celebrates feminity, embracing its magic, love and joy. Her paintings depict vibrant scenes of nature with blooming meadows, flowers and birds embodying the creative energy that dances, celebrates and adorns. Each canvas tells a unique story, reflecting the artist's understanding of women, love and sensual energy, imbued with a mystical luminosity.
The event continued with a fashion show. The collections presented were inspired by the vibrant colors and themes of Laizāne's artwork. The runway showcased creations that echoed the artist's exploration of feminine energy, love and the ethereal connection between mind, heart, body and spirit.
Adding to the sensory delight, Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga launched a new Afternoon Tea Ceremony, designed to complement the exhibition's themes. The tea ceremony displayed artfully crafted pastries and aromatic blends, symbolising the elegance and aesthetic appeal of Laizāne’s paintings.
