For this story, we stepped inside a Hollywood villa whose design evokes a mix of John Elgin Woolf and Paul Williams, two architectural masters of Southern California. As summer comes to a close in Los Angeles, peak heats begin to wind down. For locals with a threshold for higher temperatures, the slightest drop in climate results in fall wardrobe pieces - styles with longer sleeves and lengths. But even in the fall, days are still warm enough for breezy, breathable fabrics or a swim in the pool.
