Balancing her time between Monaco&rsquo;s sunlit shores, Parisian runways and Milan&rsquo;s ateliers, fashion influencer and content creator Polina Erofeeva shares how style, mindfulness and family have shaped the woman she is today.

How would you describe the woman you are today&mdash;and what has shaped you most on this journey?
I wear many hats: calm yet determined, rooted in both creative passion and entrepreneurial drive. Attending global fashion weeks and collaborating with luxury houses, I&rsquo;ve cultivated grace under pressure and authenticity at my core. Above all, the balance between the vibrant energy of cities like Monaco and Paris and the quiet, reflective moments when I reconnect with myself has defined my path.
What moment in your life was truly transformative for you?
Attending events for iconic houses such as Prada has been deeply transformative. Each experience&mdash;whether a show or an artistic encounter&mdash;reminds me that remaining true to my aesthetic and values earns me a seat at the table. Those moments crystallize the power of consistency and individuality in a competitive industry.
You radiate such calm confidence. What would you say is your main source of inner strength?
My inner strength comes from consistency: daily rituals like affirmations, fitness and mindful reflection keep me grounded. I also thrive on change&mdash;immersing myself in new environments, from Milan to Monaco, continually challenges me and reinforces my ability to adapt and flourish.

How would you describe your personal style? And how do you approach creating your looks?
My style is refined yet playful&mdash;structured tailoring balanced with unexpected textures or accessories. I always begin with a standout piece&mdash;bold gold earrings or a graphic coat&mdash;and build the outfit around it. Every detail is chosen with intention.
What does &laquo;being fashionable&raquo; mean to you? Do you follow trends?
Being fashionable means channeling timeless elegance through a personal lens. I observe trends&mdash;yes, I&rsquo;ve walked in Paris Fashion Week shows&mdash;but I always reinterpret them to align with my own narrative and style vocabulary.
What kind of outfit makes you feel especially confident? And what item do you think every woman should have in her wardrobe?
A sleek black silk blouse paired with high-waisted tailored trousers instantly empowers me&mdash;polished, poised and quietly strong. Every woman should own a perfect blazer: transformative whether layered over a tee or finishing an evening look.

What inspires you the most?
Architecture, art and cinematic moments inspire me endlessly. I&rsquo;m drawn to the interplay of light and form&mdash;whether it&rsquo;s the curve of a modern building or the way a pleated skirt moves in sunlight. Inspiration is everywhere when you train your eye to notice.
What does beauty mean to you today, in a world of filters, retouching and perfectionism?
Beauty is truth, color and character&mdash;imperfections included. Authentic laughter, fine lines and real skin texture matter more to me than pixel-perfect images. In our filtered world, embracing natural beauty is one of the most powerful statements we can make.

How do you maintain balance in such a fast-paced life? What helps you recharge?
Disconnecting is key. Whether it&rsquo;s a weekend retreat in nature or a solo walk with no agenda, stepping away from screens helps me reset. I also practice yoga and love cooking&mdash;those sensory, grounding rituals bring me back to the present and to myself.
What&rsquo;s one stereotype about bloggers and influencers you&rsquo;d love to break?
That we don&rsquo;t work hard. Content creation is a full-time en deavour&mdash;planning, producing, editing, networking and constantly evolving. Behind the curated visuals lies real strategy, discipline and passion.

What does a modern woman need to be truly happy, in your opinion?
A sense of purpose&mdash;whether through passion, career or community&mdash;combined with self-care and authentic relationships. You can&rsquo;t pour from an empty cup, so nurturing your own well-being is essential.
Do you have any daily rituals that help you stay grounded and in tune with yourself?
Absolutely. My mornings begin with sunlight, gratitude journaling, a green smoothie and 15 minutes of meditation. I stay active with both gym sessions and yoga&mdash;it&rsquo;s a balance of strength and stillness. But above all, my family grounds me. My daughter is a dedicated gymnast, full of grace and determination, while my son brings endless energy and joy with his love for football. Their passions and presence keep me inspired and centred.

You have thousands of followers. What would you like to share with them beyond style and aesthetics?
I want to share vulnerability&mdash;the quiet moments, the learning curves, the imperfect days. Growth often happens off-camera, and I want to show that real evolution is just as important as the final image.
What do you think the world needs most right now to become a better place?
More empathy, understanding and cultural exchange. Moving between Monaco, Milan and Paris, I see how art, fashion and dialogue build meaningful bridges. We need more listening and open-hearted connection.
If you were going to space, what&rsquo;s the one thing you&rsquo;d take with you?
A soft scarf from home&mdash;something personal, something that holds memories and warmth. It would remind me of where I come from, even in the most extraordinary setting.
