A bourgeois-chic style, all enhanced with a contemporary touch. This is the emphasis of the Fendi collection, a year after the death of Karl Lagerfeld who has animated the brand's DNA with the family since 1965. 

This season, the Fendi Fall-Winter 2020/21 collection unveils both a feminine and strong woman. In a baby pink decor, which Barbie&nbsp;(this contemporary doll) would have loved so much,&nbsp;the coat is long and austere, but the sleeves are tubular, almost spatial; and belts are often adorned with micro-bags, like so many amulets.

Pink is the dominant color for accessories such as rigid handbags, trunks, satin gaiters with velcro closure, socks, also in satin, and maxi shopping bags. The classic Peekaboo is also back with a new look, ranging from versions with lace inserts to fringed decorations. The skirts are round but in neoprene, the dresses in lace and transparent muslin are associated with bras in contrasting satin. And the shape of the bra is always sewn, printed in the silhouettes of long-sleeved woolen dresses. A hint of velvet here and there, especially for the almost gothic-style sleeves of the 17th century, worn by the top model Mariacarla Boscono.&nbsp;The introduction of accessories such as sunglasses with mirror lenses reduces the retro vintage effect.

To complete the Fendi army of Silvia Venturini Fendi, a stellar cast composed of Karen Elson, Carolyn Murphy, Kaia Gerber, Bella and Gigi Hadid, Liya Kebde, Jaquetta Wheeler, Vittoria Ceretti. A message of positivity also enriches the show&nbsp;by the presence of the models&nbsp;Jill Kortleve and Paloma Elsesser, American model born in 1992 chosen by Rihanna as the face of her lingerie brand suitable for all bodies.
